The 1975 members Matty Healy, Adam Hann, George Daniel and Ross MacDonald returned to Manila for their two-night "At Their Very Best" concert last May 3 and 4 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, brought by Dirty Hit and PULP LIVE WORLD.


Matty Healy, The 1975 frontman, mentions during their 2-day sold-out show in Manila that the Philippines got the first dibs on The 1975 since they got big in the country before the UK and the rest of the world.


Before their unforgettable Manila shows, the band was presented with multiple awards and plaques by UMG Philippines' Enzo Valdez (Managing Director), Luigi Mallari (Head of International Marketing), Orange Conde (Global Account Manager), Janine Fenequito (Intl Marketing Manager), John Balbin (Intl Marketing Executive), and Ingrooves Philippines' Guji Lorenzana (Country Manager) and .Fiona Comendador (Label Manager).


Matty, Adam, George, and Ross received a 445 Million streams from the Philippines award, 6X PLATINUM for the debut self-titled album, 4X PLATINUM for 'I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful yet So Unaware of It' and 'A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships,' and GOLD for 'Notes on a Conditional Form.'
